14. Processing of orders

In order to process your order, we may need to provide our couriers with your details. The couriers we use consist of Delsol, Geodis (Grand Prix), Hermes and Royal Mail. When you place an order, we provide your delivery address related data to them, this data is then stored on their respective platforms. Our couriers may use your email address and/or phone number to send you tracking and other details related to your order from us, this is to ensure you receive your order as quickly and easily as possible. Our courier’s respective privacy policies can be seen online on their websites.

We may collect the following information:

16. Hardcopies and Non-Website based data

While we cannot guarantee complete security of the information we collect from you, we have implemented measures to aid in the prevention of unauthorized access to, and improper use of, the information we collect from you.

We keep hardcopies of jobs completed and data related to each job, such as customer name, in locked cabinets within a secure office in a burglar-alarmed building.
